Shipping policy
When will your order arrive?
NL & BE: If you order from Monday to Friday before 3 p.m., you can often expect the package the next day (excluding the Wadden Islands). This depends on how busy the delivery service is. If you order during the weekend, we will send it on Monday at the latest, so you will probably receive it on Tuesday or Wednesday.
DE: Orders to Germany are usually delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
We pack orders from Monday to Friday until 3 p.m. During the weekend we take a break, so no packages are sent then.
Shipping costs
NL: The shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.95. But if your order is more than €19,95, we ship for free within the Netherlands!
BE & DE: For Belgium and Germany the shipping costs are €7.95. For an order value of at least €75, the delivery costs are free.
Shipping method
We use the PostNL parcel service to send all our packages. As soon as your package leaves our office, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code, so you can track your order.
Holidays
Please note that during holidays such as New Year's Day, Easter, King's Day, Liberation Day, Ascension Day, Pentecost and Christmas Day and Boxing Day, delivery may take a little longer. Also Sinterklaas (Dutch holiday) and the time around Black Friday can cause delays. This is due to the busy carriers, so count on at least 4 extra days of delivery time.

Returns policy
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with labels and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, you can contact us via info@chewieschoice.nl, don't forget to mention the order number and which items it concerns. Please note: Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.
Return conditions
You can register unused items for return within 14 days of receipt via info@chewieschoice.nl.
Of course, you may try on and view the item on your dog or cat. PLEASE NOTE: the label must still be attached. Returned items without a label and/or items that have visibly been used will not be accepted.
When your return is accepted, you will receive the return label in your email. The costs for the return shipment in the Netherlands are €7.49 (PostNL) and €9.55 for Belgium and Germany (DPD) and that amount will be deducted from the refund.
Stick the return label on your return shipment and drop off the shipment at a service point.
Please note! If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged, we can charge you for this reduction in value of the product. So treat the item with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.
We aim to refund the purchase price of the returned items within 10 working days after receipt of the return shipment. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to purchase the item (minus the return costs).

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
