Returns Policy

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@chewieschoice.nl, remember to include your order number and the items you are returning. Please note: returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

When returning an entire order, any free products or samples received must also be returned. If you return part of your order and no longer meet the conditions for the free items, these must also be sent back. If the free items are not returned, their economic value will be deducted from the refund amount.


Return Policy

You can register unused items for return within 14 days of receipt at info@chewieschoice.nl. Of course you can try the item on and view it on your dog or cat. PLEASE NOTE: the label must still be attached. Returned items without a label and/or items that have been visibly used will not be accepted.
When your return is accepted, you will receive the return label in your email. The costs for the return shipment are €7.49 (PostNL) for the Netherlands, €9.55 (DPD) for Belgium and Germany and that amount will be deducted from the refund.
Stick the return label on your return shipment and drop off the shipment at a service point.
Please note! If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the item with care and make sure that it is properly packaged when returning it.
We aim to refund the purchase price of the returned items within 10 working days after receipt of the return shipment. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to purchase the item (minus the return shipping costs).

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
