Below you will find the terms and conditions of the affiliate program.

1. Minimum payout amount
Affiliates must earn a minimum of €25.00 in commissions before being paid.

2. Commission percentage
Affiliates receive a 5% commission on the net purchase amount of each successful sale, excluding any shipping costs. A sale is considered successful when the customer has received the product and the 14-day return period has expired.

3. Returns and cancellations
If an order is returned or cancelled within the legal return period, the commission for that order will be rejected.

4. Payout frequency
Payouts for 'successful sales' will be made monthly in the first week of the month, provided the minimum payout amount has been reached.

5. Payment Methods
Payouts are made via bank transfer. Affiliates must fill in their payment details correctly to receive timely payments.

6. Tracking and reporting
Affiliates get access to a dashboard where they can track their clicks, conversions, and earnings in real time.

7. Cookie duration
The tracking cookie remains active for 30 days. If a customer makes a purchase within this period, the commission is assigned to the affiliate.

8. Promotional Rules
It is not permitted to use the brand name in paid search ads without permission.

9. Affiliate partner discount
As a partner, you will receive a personal discount code for personal purchases. This code may not be shared with others, cannot be combined with other discount campaigns, and may not be used in combination with the affiliate/partner link and coupon code. No commissions are paid on personal purchases.

10. Fraud and abuse
The use of your own affiliate link for personal purchases is, as described in point 9, not permitted. In case of fraud, the affiliate account will be terminated and outstanding payments will be withheld.

11. Termination and suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the affiliate account for violation of the rules or 12 months of inactivity.
