You put the front legs through the harness, click it on the back and you are ready for the walk. Adjust the harness the first time in the neck and on the chest (make sure you can always slide 2 fingers under the harness in the neck and on the chest).

CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE
Not sure what size harness your dog needs? Measure from the base of your pet’s neck with enough room to fit 2 fingers between the tape measure and your dog. The harness sits slightly lower than a collar. The chest circumference should be measured around the widest part behind the front legs. If you are at the end (in centimeters) of a size, we recommend taking a size up.
